Used alone for track circuits or crossing and train signals, they were used all over and many can still be seen today. Pedestal version was also used as a phone box.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">There may be some minor sanding needed on the parts. We removed most all the supports, but there may be some small \u201cbumps\u201d where the supports were that will need to be sanded\/filed off for a better fit. The hole for the pole has been reamed out for the included 3\/32 tube, which is approximately 12 scale feet long. Before inserting the tube you may need to file off the top to be straight for the pinnacle to sit square. Carefully twist the tube in so as not to break the flange on the signal box. Gluing should not need gluing as it\u2019s a snug fit. Use ACC glue for the cabinet door, pinnacle &amp; base.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 8pt; color: #993300;\"><em><strong>Many of our parts come with supports still attached, and will need to be carefully cut. We always recommend a good sprue cutter for this. We suggest wearing eye protection.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 8pt; color: #993300;\"><em><strong>Parts that have had their supports removed may have some small bumps where the supports were removed that will need to be sanded\/filed off for a better fit.\u00a0\u00a0When sanding we suggest using dust mask and wipe with a moist paper towel so particles don\u2019t become airborne.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 8pt; color: #993300;\"><em><strong>ACC glue works well for all our resin parts.\u00a0Parts take paint well after priming. We recommend Mr. Primer Surfacer 1000 or\u00a0Tamiya Surface Primer, but any good thin primer will work.\u00a0All parts come unpainted.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 8pt; color: #993300;\"><em><strong>Parts must be primed\/painted if exposed to sunlight as the resins will continue to cure and may become brittle.
